Repair service

To get a repair service for your product, simply fill out the Book a repair form.

Service and support FAQ

The easiest way to return a product for repair is to take it back to the original retailer where you bought it.

Alternatively, you can send the item directly to us by completing the online repair request form.

  1. Log in to your My Sigma account and fill out the online repair request form.
  2. Print the confirmation email (which will include your RMA number) and place it in your return package.
  3. If your item is under warranty, include a copy of your sales receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship your product to the address provided below using a tracked and insured delivery service. You can also send it through an authorized SIGMA Pakistan Dealer, who can ship it for you.

If your product is still under its 2-year extended Pakistan warranty, the repair will be free. If it's outside the warranty period, or the issue isn't covered, we'll provide an estimated cost after inspection. We won't proceed with any repair until you confirm you're happy with the estimate.

*All standard repair costs cover parts, labour, return postage, and VAT. If you decline the repair estimated cost, we'll send your product back un-repaired, and a PKR__________charge will apply for service and return postage.

Yes, please get in touch with us directly before returning a product after completing the online repair form. However, you can send us the product directly as well, but please ensure you've first completed the online repair form and received a return confirmation email before sending your item.
