Repair Policy

To get your product repaired, please fill out the online repair form, and our service team will send you a confirmation email with the RMA number. Please get in touch with our team and send the product to our service center, and then we'll provide you with an estimated cost after inspection. We won't proceed with any repair until you confirm the estimated cost. The product will be dispatched to your provided address after repair.

*All standard repair costs cover parts, labour, return postage, and VAT. If you decline the repair estimated cost, we'll send your product back un-repaired, and a PKR 5000/- charge will apply for service and return postage.

Warranty Repairs

  • To qualify for warranty repairs, please ensure the product is registered with Sigma Pakistan and the equipment is accompanied by a completed original international warranty card, purchase invoice or another form of proof for the warranty period.
  • Please keep in mind that the repair may not be covered in warranty if the equipment has been dropped, exposed to impacts, water, sand, or liquids, tampered with, affected by battery leakage, or used in ways not recommended by us.
  • The warranty in repair may also be invalid if the equipment has been damaged due to improper storage or the use of non-original accessories.
  • If the product is repaired by or through an unauthorized source, the warranty may no longer be valid.

Warranty Repair Period

  • Warranty coverage for repairs is only applicable if your product is registered with SIGMA Pakistan and meets the conditions of our 2-year warranty policy. For full details, please visit our Warranty Policy page.
  • Warranties on repairs are non-transferable and apply only to the person named on the delivery note or purchase invoice.

Shipping Your Product

If your product is still under warranty, the easiest and most cost-effective way to return it is through the retailer where you originally purchased it. Alternatively, you can send the product directly to SIGMA Pakistan by completing the online repair form and shipping the product via registered post or courier. Please remember to include a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase, a print of the confirmation email (which will include your RMA number) as well as your contact details. The cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Preparing Your Product for Return

It’s important to ensure your product is well-packaged before shipping it to us. If the product isn’t properly protected, it could be damaged during transit, and we won’t cover those costs under the warranty.

Here’s what you should do:

  • Make sure any cover caps are in place.
  • Remove any accessories, if possible.
  • Place the product back in its original packaging and pack it securely in a sturdy double-walled box with proper padding.

If you no longer have the original packaging, please use thick bubble wrap and place the product in a strong box with enough padding to prevent it from moving around.

 

Please note: If the product is damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging, you will be responsible for any repair costs.
