How to Make a Return:

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Ship the item back to us using a tracked and insured shipping service. We recommend selecting a shipping option that offers these features for added security. SIGMA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a credit for the product and associated tax to your original payment method. Please note, that shipping costs will not be credited.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
